Consultation for Therapists

I offer consultation for therapists and other practitioners working in emotionally demanding or complex clinical situations.

This provides a space to think about the internal experience of the work, particularly where something feels difficult to process, articulate, or contain within usual professional settings.

My work is especially relevant where therapy has been disrupted by events such as client death or where the emotional and ethical weight of the work is significant.

It is designed as a focused consultation space, rather than ongoing supervision or personal therapy.

These sessions are reflective rather than supervisory.

They offer space to:

think through complex or high-impact clinical situations
consider your own emotional response to the work
reflect on ethical and relational questions
make sense of experiences that feel unresolved or difficult to name

This is not ongoing therapy or supervision. It is a focused space to engage with a specific situation or experience.

Sessions and booking

Consultation sessions are available as one-off or ongoing work.

Sessions are 60 minutes and held online; the fee is 130€ per session.

When this may be useful

You might consider a consultation if:

something in your clinical work feels difficult to think about or place
you are carrying an experience that does not sit easily within supervision
a piece of work has had a particular emotional impact that feels unresolved
you are navigating the aftermath of a client death or a significant rupture
you are considering leaving the field of therapy

About my work
